Our Community Service Committee is responsible for promoting and encouraging the involvement of the student body in their school and local community. It recognizes the impact that voluntary work has on our community, which is done without any type of reward in return and with the community's best interest in mind.

You Eat I Eat!StuCo and student volunteers helped run and advertise a food drive throughout a weekend outside our local Walmart on Hondo Pass Drive. Students collected over 1,000 food items and raised $1,600 dollars for

Fall FestivalStuCo members helped run booths at the Powell Elementary Fall Festival. Volunteers also assisted in setting up the haunted house and scared incoming guests!

Community FairThe El Paso Police Department, in collaboration with UTEP, hosted a community fair at the Northeast Regional Park. StuCo members welcomed incoming residents and helped register and guide organizations.

Hope City Run/WalkStuCo members helped host the annual Hope City 5k Run and 1 mile walk by cheering and encouraging participants!

Grand ReopeningStuCo officers helped host Walmart's Grand Reopening on Dyer St. in celebration of new additions to its store and dedicated service to its customers.

Toy Drive!StuCo ran a toy drive for the El Paso Children's Hospital in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness, over 300 toy items were collected and delivered!
